Getting started with Sortoma
From signing in to understanding your sorted inbox — here’s the five-minute tour.
1. Sign in
Open app.sortoma.com and choose Continue with Google. Sortoma uses your Google Workspace account, so there’s no separate password to manage. On the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps you can also use Sign in with Apple.
Your team usually signs in with the same Workspace domain (for example @yourcompany.com). If sign-in is blocked, ask whoever set up Sortoma to invite your address first — see Invite your team.
2. Find your inboxes
The inbox switcher at the top-left lets you move between mailboxes:
- Your personal inbox — your own mailbox.
- Shared inboxes — team addresses like support@ or sales@ that an admin has connected.
- All inboxes — one flat view of every email you can access, across every inbox, not split by category.
3. Read your sorted inbox
The moment an email arrives, Sortoma reads it and files it into a bucket so the important things rise to the top:
- Urgent — needs action now.
- Today — worth handling today.
- Later — can wait.
- Plus Marketing, alerts and other low-priority mail, kept out of your way.
Each message gets a one-line summary of what the sender wants, so you can triage without opening everything. Tap the pills at the top to switch between buckets.
4. Reply with a hand from the AI
Open any email and Sortoma can draft a reply for you — ready to edit and send. You can tell it exactly how you like your replies written in AI sorting & assistant.
Next steps
