Our story
Sortoma started with a familiar, frustrating sight: a single support@ inbox with thousands of unread emails, three teammates quietly replying to the same customer, and a genuine outage sitting unnoticed below a week of newsletters.
The shared-inbox tools we tried — Front, Help Scout, Hiver, Google Collaborative Inbox — helped a team share a mailbox, but the hard part never went away. Someone still had to read every message, decide what mattered, route it to the right person, and remember the context. The triage was manual. The rules were brittle. The mental load was constant.
We thought modern AI could carry that load. Not as a gimmick bolted on the side, but woven into the core: an inbox that reads each message the moment it arrives, decides whether it's Urgent, Today or Later, explains what the sender wants in one line, and even drafts the reply. So we built it.
Today Sortoma is an AI-native shared inbox for support, sales, operations and field-services teams — the teams whose day is defined by what's in the inbox. Our promise is simple: less sorting, more answering.
